Today I am making "Chicken Cheese & Broccoli Casserole"

This meal makes nicely in the crockpot.  When frozen just thaw in the fridge the night before.  Pop in the crock pot and cook.  You will have a nice meal when you arrive home from work.  Serve with white rice and you and your family have a nice healthy meal.
